Situations such as early/delayed flowering, insufficient blooming rate, and early wilting may occur. All cherry blossom viewing descriptions in the itinerary are for normal flowering period reference only. The actual scenery is subject to the on-site conditions on the day of travel. The organizer does not make absolute promises regarding the viewing effect and will not bear responsibility for refunds, compensation, etc., due to this.

2. In case of force majeure factors such as extreme weather, temporary scenic area control, or road closures, the organizer has the right to adjust or replace alternative attractions. No additional fees will be charged after adjustment, nor will unspent attraction-related fees be refunded.

3. Participants have fully understood the seasonal risks of cherry blossom viewing and voluntarily participate in this trip. They confirm that any changes in the cherry blossom viewing experience due to natural factors or force majeure will be borne by themselves. The organizer only provides basic services such as transportation and leading the team as agreed, and does not bear additional compensation responsibilities.

1. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance. The vehicle will depart punctually at 08:00 and will not wait for latecomers. We appreciate your understanding.
2. The停留 time at each attraction in the itinerary is for reference only, and the actual time will be subject to traffic, weather, and on-site conditions on the day.
3. The Himeji Castle and Botanical Garden section includes free lunch time. Please arrange your dining and sightseeing pace reasonably.
4. Akashi Kaikyo Bridge is an outdoor cherry blossom viewing spot. It is recommended to prepare for sun protection and wind protection, and wear comfortable shoes.
5. The disbanding point is the Dotonbori Higashi store in Osaka. The arrival time may be slightly earlier or later due to traffic. Please make your subsequent arrangements in advance.
