One hairy crab per person is served. There is a steamer to keep it warm and not washed, so it is frozen and not good to eat. Desserts are good. The rare French orange wine pancake is served in a pan and cooked over low heat. It is very delicious (chef Zhong Teden reminded that it is already delicious and does not need to be seasoned). What is also worthy of praise is that the staff's service is very good. When the steak was cold, the chef asked me if I had picked up the suckling pig.
