【Pre-Trip Information】

• Please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting: No refunds will be given for failure to participate in the tour due to personal reasons (being late/getting lost/feeling unwell, etc.). Please note that no refunds will be given.
• This tour is a fixed route group tour, and you will be sharing the ride with other passengers throughout the tour. Parking is not allowed at will outside of attractions.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a small car model with a driver acting as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the tour (in the case of a small car, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary, and the driver will focus on driving, with relatively brief explanations).
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather. No refunds or compensation will be provided for delays or partial changes. Passengers who need to take a flight on the same day should register with caution or allow sufficient time.
• Each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. For extra luggage exceeding this, you can pay 2000 yen/piece to the guide on site. Please be sure to note this when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the guide has the right to refuse you to board the car and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Seniors over 70 years old and pregnant women registration: No later than one day before departure, please obtain and sign a disclaimer from the staff email jingyu12333@163.com, and return it to us to ensure travel safety.

• The stay time at each attraction has been optimized, please strictly abide by the time to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
• The itinerary time may be adjusted due to force majeure such as traffic, weather, and crowds. No refunds or compensation can be requested due to delays or partial itinerary changes. Please forgive us and understand the uncertainty of the journey.
• Traffic jams may occur during holidays and peak periods. The guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary depending on the situation. Please be prepared, thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• In order to maintain the cleanliness of the car, please do not eat or drink in the car. If damage is caused, cleaning fees will be charged according to local standards. Please jointly create a comfortable riding environment.
• Leaving the group on your own/leaving the team midway after the start of the itinerary will be regarded as automatically giving up the service, and no refund will be given. (Safety responsibilities during the period of leaving the group shall be borne by yourself)
