Miyako Island Private Car Tour with Local Guide

Miyakojima is known for its crystal-clear waters, white sand beaches, and coral reefs. From the cruise terminal, visit Yonaha Maehama Beach, one of Japan’s most beautiful beaches, ideal for photos or a barefoot stroll.

Next, head to Higashi-hennazaki Cape at the eastern tip of the island, where a seaside promenade offers panoramic Pacific Ocean views.

Stop at the Miyakojima City Traditional Crafts Center to learn about Miyako textiles and try a brief weaving experience. Then relax at Painagama Beach Park, a local favorite near the port with a calm atmosphere and sunset views.

If time allows, finish at Ryugujo Observatory for elevated views of the coral-lined coast.

Miyako Island provides a peaceful, beach-focused escape that is easy to enjoy during a cruise stop.
