【Pre-Departure Information】

• Please arrive on time: No refunds will be given for lateness, getting lost, or failure to participate in the tour due to physical discomfort.
• Group Tour: This tour follows a fixed route. Throughout the tour, you will be sharing transportation with other passengers. Stopping outside of designated scenic spots is not permitted.
• Vehicle Arrangement: Depending on the number of participants on the day, a smaller vehicle with the driver acting as both driver and guide may be used. The driver will primarily focus on driving, and the explanation may be relatively brief.
• Language Information: This tour may be a mixed group tour in Chinese and English or Chinese and Korean. Please confirm in advance that the language option suits your needs.
• Tour Adjustment: Transportation, weather, or other force majeure events may cause changes or delays to the itinerary. No refunds or compensation will be provided. Passengers who need to catch a flight on the same day should allow ample time.
• Luggage Information: Each passenger can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. For extra luggage, a fee of ¥2,000 per piece can be paid on-site. If you do not inform us in advance, the driver has the right to refuse boarding, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Cherry Blossom Season Notice: Cherry blossoms are natural scenery, and the flowering time and amount of flowers are affected by the climate. Full bloom cannot be guaranteed. The tour will proceed as scheduled and will not be grounds for refunds or compensation.
• Seniors (70 years or older) and Pregnant Women: Must obtain and sign a liability waiver from the staff by e-mail: jingyu12333@163.com one day before departure, and return it after signing to ensure safety.

• Respect Time: The time spent at each attraction has been optimized. Please adhere to the schedule strictly to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
• Force Majeure Circumstances: Transportation, weather, or crowd flow may cause delays or partial changes. No refunds or compensation will be provided.
• Holiday Peak: Traffic congestion may occur. The tour guide will make flexible adjustments, so please understand and cooperate.
• Vehicle Discipline: To maintain cleanliness, please do not eat or drink in the vehicle. If soiling occurs, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards.
• Leaving the Tour: If you leave the tour on your own/leave the group midway, it will be regarded as automatic abandonment of service. No refunds will be given, and you will be responsible for your own safety.
