• The itinerary may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, and scenic area control. No refunds or compensation will be provided for delays or partial changes. Passengers who need to take flights or bullet trains on the same day should register with caution and allow sufficient time.
• Each person can carry one piece of luggage free of charge. For additional pieces, a fee of ¥2000 per piece must be paid to the driver/guide on site. Please be sure to note this when placing your order. Those who do not inform in advance, the guide has the right to refuse boarding and no refund will be given.
• Seniors over 70 years old and pregnant women must contact the staff email jingyu12333@163.com to request and sign a disclaimer agreement no later than one day before departure, and return it before participating in the itinerary.
• The admission tickets to Fuji Safari Park, Jungle Bus, animal interaction, and feeding experience included in this itinerary must be paid for on-site. Whether they are open and the specific costs are subject to the park's announcement on the day.
• Some areas of Fuji Safari Park may be temporarily closed due to weather, animal health, or park arrangements. No refunds or complaints will be accepted as a result.
• Regarding the flowering period and autumn leaf conditions, they may be advanced or delayed due to climate changes that year. Once the group is formed, no refunds will be accepted due to failure to meet expectations.

• Traffic congestion may occur during holidays and peak tourist seasons. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the tour order depending on the on-site situation.
• Please abide by the park's safety regulations in Fuji Safari Park. Do not feed the animals, pat the car windows, or engage in dangerous behavior without permission. You will be responsible for any related consequences.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the car, please do not eat or drink in the car. If damage is caused, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards.
• If you leave the group on your own or leave the team midway after the itinerary starts, it will be regarded as automatically giving up the service. No refunds will be given, and you will be responsible for your own safety during this period.
