- Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
- The driver and the operator will not be held responsible for any damages or loss of property
- Wheelchairs, unfoldable baby strollers, and huge sport equipment cannot be loaded onto the vehicles
- Children aged 0-4 or weighing under 18kg are required to use child seats in compliance to traffic laws in Taiwan. You may request up to 2 child seats for each car in advance
- Children will be charged the same price as adults
- Please note: The driver will wait up to 15 minutes after the pick up time. If you are still not reachable after that, the driver will leave and you will be considered a no-show. However, if the driver manages to contact you, an overtime fee of TWD600 per hour will be charged. Please pay the driver on site
- The travel time is subject to change depending on the traffic conditions on your pick up date
- Your vehicle type will be determined based on the number of travelers upon booking
- Each traveler is allowed to bring one 24in suitcase plus one carry-on luggage. For safety issues, travelers bringing more than that quantity will not be accepted
- Pets are not allowed inside the vehicle
- Please note: This a transfer-only service. No attraction tickets and guided tours will be provided

it started pouring after our cable car ride, so we were unable to walk to pier to board the ferry to where we were supposed to meet the driver. He was accommodating to drive to the cable car area to pick us up and back to the locker area to take our luggage before we head to cing Jing with a NTD200 top up. However, he did run some personal errand on the way to destination and was a little reckless driving.
