- Due to the large crowds at the fireworks display, it is not recommended for the elderly, young children, or pregnant women to participate in this tour.
- If the minimum number of participants required for the tour is not met, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification will be sent 4 days prior to departure.
- In the event of severe weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made on whether to cancel the tour by 18:00 local time the day before departure, and you will be notified by email as soon as possible thereafter.

However, additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation costs must be borne by the passenger.
