Admission Age Information
- Admission Ages : Preschoolers are not admitted
- For 2025 Performances : Born in or before 2018
- For 2026 Performances : Born in or before 2019
- Admission age is verified by date of birth, regardless of enrollment in domestic or international schools.
- Please bring a valid document stating your date of birth (Passport, Resident Registration Certificate, Student ID, etc.), as it may be requested for age verification upon ticket collection or entry.
- Cancellations or changes are not possible if admission is denied or forfeited due to a lack of understanding regarding the age policy.
Booking and Ticket Collection
- Ticket collection and on-site purchases are available starting 1 hour and 30 minutes before the performance.
- Tickets can only be collected on-site on the day of the show; pre-delivery is not available.
- To collect tickets, you must present your booking confirmation or the ticket holder's ID.
- Cancellations, refunds, or changes are not possible after the cancellation deadline.
- Discount types cannot be changed and tickets cannot be reissued at the venue, so please keep your tickets safe.
- The organizers and ticketing platforms are not responsible for any issues arising from tickets purchased through unauthorized channels (person-to-person transactions, etc.)
Performance Guidelines
- Entry is restricted after the performance starts and is only permitted at designated times.
- Depending on the flow of the show, you may be guided to a seat other than your original one to avoid disturbing other audience members; refunds are not provided for seat differences.
- Re-entry is not allowed after exiting during the show. You may return to your seat during intermission.
- Please note that safety railings are installed in front of Row M (1st floor) and Rows A and D (2nd floor), which may partially obstruct the view.
- Admission will be denied to those under the influence of alcohol, even if they hold a valid ticket.
- Photography, video recording, and audio recording (including during curtain calls) are strictly prohibited without prior agreement.
Venue Facilities
- Parking is limited and the surrounding area is very congested; public transportation is highly recommended.
- KEPCO Art Center is located near Yangjae Station (Line 3 and Shinbundang Line)
- Outside food, drinks, and items that may interfere with the performance (such as bouquets) are not allowed inside the theater.
- Celebratory wreaths (flowers, rice, coal, etc.) and potted plants are not accepted and will be discarded if delivered.
By booking a ticket, you are considered to have read and agreed to all the information above. The audience is responsible for any issues caused by a lack of understanding of these regulations. Cancellations or refunds will not be issued for such cases.
