• Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying subsequent itineraries, please be aware that we will not wait for those who are late.
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or blizzards, the decision to cancel the tour will be made 1 day prior to departure (local time 18:00), and you will be notified by email.
• Vehicle arrangements depend on the number of people in the group. For small groups, a driver will also serve as an attendant providing travel services throughout the trip. There will be no additional tour leader assigned. Please be aware that you are free to explore the attractions upon arrival.
• The tour leader will not contact passengers proactively the day before departure. On the day of departure, please go to the meeting point at the designated meeting time and look for the LION TRAVEL sign to check in.
• Please be on time at the specified time and place. If passengers fail to arrive at the agreed meeting point on time, it will be regarded as a voluntary waiver of the itinerary, and no refunds or compensation will be provided. Please be aware of this.
• The scheduled travel route and stopover times are for reference only and may be adjusted due to traffic conditions, local events, restaurant reservations, changes in the opening hours of attractions, etc. Thank you for your understanding.
• Each passenger is entitled to one bus seat. We regret that we cannot accept advance seat reservations. Due to legal regulations, passengers must fasten their seat belts while the bus is in operation. Thank you for your cooperation.
• Depending on the weather conditions, snow scenery may not be visible at each tourist attraction in winter.
• The above itineraries are all estimated arrival times. Traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid scheduling activities for that evening. We appreciate your understanding in case of any delays.
• The ripening period of fruits will vary depending on the weather, and it is also possible to consume pre-picked fruits.
• The strawberry picking location may be adjusted depending on reservation status.
