Good to know

  • Regarding Your Creation This tour is designed for you to enjoy the “experience” of pottery making itself.

The finished piece (which requires several months to dry and be fired) cannot be taken with you on the day of the tour. We also cannot ship it internationally.

We kindly ask for your understanding before booking.

  • Souvenir Shop The studio features an attached shop selling beautiful “Mingei” (folk craft) items—all finished pieces—made by the artisans.

These make perfect souvenirs to remember your trip to Tottori.
