Ticket Collection Instructions
- The box office operates from 2 hours before the performance start time until 30 minutes after the performance starts, so please use it within this time to avoid inconvenience. Ticket collection and admission may be impossible if you do not collect it within the specified time or if you are not the ticket holder. (The operating hours may change depending on the on-site situation on the day of the performance.)
- Reissue of tickets is strictly unavailable for any reason (damage, loss, not having it with you on the day, etc.), so please take special care in keeping your tickets.
- Ticket cancellation, refund, and changes are not possible on the day of the performance. If you do not bring the necessary proof for a discount (ID card, welfare card, etc.), you must pay the difference to the full price, and discount changes due to not having proof are not possible on-site.
Admission and Viewing Guidelines
- Admission is only allowed for those who possess one ticket per person.
- You may enter the venue starting 30 minutes before the performance, following the instructions of the venue staff.
- Admission may be restricted after the performance starts, so please arrive with sufficient time before the start.
- Ticket changes or refunds are not possible for admission issues or delays caused by personal matters such as traffic conditions or parking.
- All forms of photo and video shooting, as well as recording and taking notes (녹취), including during the curtain call, are strictly prohibited. You may be subject to sanctions and removal by staff if caught. Ticket cancellation and refund are not possible after removal.
- No beverages or food, except for bottled water with a lid, are allowed inside the venue. All items that may obstruct the view of others or pose a danger, such as bottles, fireworks, lasers, etc., as well as pets, flower bouquets, and balloons, may be restricted from entry (this includes headbands and large placards).
- Events (giveaways) without prior agreement for photo shoots are also prohibited.
