  • [About meeting] The staff will confirm the departure time with you one day in advance (approximately 12:00-18:00), please gather at the specified location and time.
  • [About pick-up and drop-off] Private tours within the Third Ring Road of Chengdu include pick-up and drop-off service. For classic small group tours, please go to the meeting place on time by yourself (the butler will send an email to add WeChat one day in advance).
  • [About entering the park] All scenic spots require the original ID card or passport/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan travel permit to enter the park. Please be sure to bring the documents you filled in when placing the order. If you are unable to enter the scenic spot due to forgetting to bring relevant documents or incorrect documents, you will be responsible for the additional costs incurred.
  • The itinerary ends late on the day, it is recommended that you do not choose to book a flight on the same day to avoid delaying your subsequent itinerary (you will be responsible for the losses caused by itinerary delays due to traffic jams and other force majeure)
