Good to know
- Present your Klook voucher containing a Booking ID starting with "RS" at the Gyeonggang Rail Bike ticket office to receive your paper ticket. Lost tickets cannot be reissued or refunded.
- Same-day cancellations, changes, or refunds are strictly not permitted.
- Gyeonggang Rail Bike is available in 4-seater options only; groups of 5 to 8 people must purchase two 4-seater bikes, as maximum capacities cannot be exceeded.
- Guests booking the weekday 11:30 AM or weekend 12:00 PM session must arrive strictly before departure time to avoid staff lunch break absences.
- Be sure to use the restrooms and café at the starting point before departure, as the turnaround point has no restroom or café facilities.
- Rail bikes operate on fixed schedules; late arrivals or no-shows cannot board, refund, or reschedule. Rides operate rain or shine, and 100% refunds apply only if the operator officially cancels due to severe weather.
- Children and elderly guests must board with an adult guardian. Infants under 36 months are restricted unless a guardian signs a safety waiver at the ticket office and holds them during the ride.
- For safety, maintain a distance of at least 20m from other bikes, and refrain from sudden stops, jumping off, drinking, or smoking.
- Address: Gyeonggang Rail Bike, 32-3, Seocheon-ri, Namsan-myeon, Chuncheon-si, Gangwon-do.

Reviews
The railpark looks simple and the bike looks old. But the experience definitely worths it. If you are staying in Seoul, the railpark is not near the Seoul city at all. You need to plan ahead for the travel. Especially if you want to take advantage of the intercity ITX trains. Make sure you reserve those ITX train tickets ahead of time, probably should do it at the same time when you reserve the railpark tickets. I made the mistakes of not reserving the ITX train tickets first, and cannot get those tickets on the day before.
It’s a good choice for group activities, but it’s actually quite tiring🤣 The four of us girls were so exhausted from going there🥲
It was a fun experience but getting there can be quite tricky. We ended up going to the wrong station so we didn't get to use the ticket we booked here and had to purchase another ticket on site. It's the same facility though. Just the other end of the trail so I wonder why we weren't allowed to use our Klook booking. My bad for not asking but it was a long trip and no longer wanted to argue
I bought a manual thus have a good exercise and really fun.
The best experience, with beautiful scenery, made for a truly delightful day.
Better directions to the location needed. We turned up at the wrong place and had to repurchase new tickets. The ride itself was enjoyable though.
We really enjoyed this. Loved the rides with awesome view along the journey. Just that we can't find the free bus luckily there is Jade Garden Tour bus at the train station and we manage to get there.

Last minute unable to go for the ride. Unable to make it on time. So for those who want to book, unless you can commit, book this.
