Cancellations and refunds are not allowed.

Each booking can allow you to book up to five (5) round-trip tickets. If you have more than five (5) persons, you may make multiple bookings.

There will be two QR codes issued per round-trip ticket booked. You may present your QR code to the staff on-site to validate the ticket.

If you are not travelling together with the group, do make sure that you get the QR code from the person who has made the booking.

Seats are no longer available based on the timing that you have selected. Please choose the next available timing.

Maximum travelling time is estimated to be about 90 minutes per way, subject to traffic conditions.

To secure a seat, book at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure time.

Bookings made less than 24 hours prior to departure time and walk-ins, are subjected to availability.

Yes, you may book for the outbound trip, subject to availability. The fare will remain at $32 for this trip.

No, as the drivers will need to keep to their schedules for the subsequent pick-up locations. Please be at the pick-up point 10 minutes before scheduled pick-up time.

As there is no extra space within the vehicle for luggage, you are advised to make alternative transport arrangements i.e. Taxi, Private Hire Vehicle (PHV).

You should see our ground staff on-site. If you do not, you may reach out to the Hotel staff for assistance. They will be able to guide you to the exact pick-up location.
