[Activity Participation Instructions]
- Please arrive at the site 20 minutes before the activity starts to complete the check-in procedure and participate in the pre-event safety briefing.
- If you do not check in at the activity venue 20 minutes before the scheduled activity start time, your reservation will be automatically canceled and no refund will be given.
- During the activity, you will be lifted to a maximum of approximately 40 to 50 meters. The actual height will be adjusted according to the weather conditions on the day.
- The wind force at this height is usually stronger, and the temperature is also lower than on the ground. Please be sure to keep warm and take safety precautions.
- Once the lifting has started, you may not change clothes or shoes, nor can you request to descend or terminate the experience midway due to personal reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the experience.
- Please do not wear slippers to participate.
[Safety and Health Precautions]
- Participants should confirm their health status and assume the risks of participation themselves.
- It is recommended to use the restroom before taking your seat. If you need to use the restroom during the flight due to an emergency, the platform will descend; however, you will not be allowed to participate again after leaving your seat midway.
[Weather and Refund Regulations]
- Activities will proceed as usual in light rain.
- In the event of heavy rain, thunderstorms, or other adverse weather conditions that make it unsafe to proceed, refunds will be handled in accordance with the facility's announcement on the day.
- The refund amount will be based on the actual situation announced by the facility.
