  • Passengers must arrive at Shenzhen Airport Terminal 30 minutes before departure to board the boat, check tickets 15 minutes before departure, and stop boarding 5 minutes before departure. Please bring the ID card of the traveler to swipe through the gate to board the boat.
  • After booking online, please pay attention to the deadline for booking the flight (e.g., the 17:00 flight needs to be confirmed before 12:00 on the same day).
  • Children under 3 years old who are free of charge must be accompanied by a paying adult. They must register at the service desk before boarding. One adult is only allowed to bring one child who is free of charge. If the number exceeds the limit, a child ticket must be purchased.
  • After boarding, you need to be familiar with the location of life-saving equipment (there are signs on each floor).   • The light is dim on the 17:00 sunset flight. You need to hold the handrails firmly when going up and down the stairs. When taking pictures on the deck, avoid getting close to the edge due to lighting problems.
