- Once your booking is confirmed, a 100% cancellation fee applies. No refunds will be issued.
- Seating will be assigned on the day of the event. Specific sections or seat numbers cannot be selected in advance.
- Food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue (water is permitted).
- Photography with telephoto lenses and video recording are strictly prohibited. Bag checks may be conducted before entering the venue.
- Neither the organizer nor the ticketing company is responsible for lost or stolen tickets after collection. Tickets cannot be reissued.
- All participants must bring their original passport or Alien Registration Card for entry.
- This ticket is exclusively for foreign visitors (Korean nationals are not eligible to book).
- Minors may only attend if the booking is made with parental consent.
- A round-trip shuttle bus operates between Myeongdong Station or Hapjeong Station and the venue.
- Please note that the return shuttle bus from the venue may differ from the one you boarded in Seoul. Be sure to take all personal belongings with you when disembarking.
