I don't even want to give it one star... After exiting the airport, I confirmed the connection through KLOOK. They said the driver would arrive at 1:00 PM, but I immediately received an email from them saying that the service was canceled due to floods causing traffic paralysis. I know it rained, but the rain clearly stopped. The most humorous thing is that my hotel is near the attractions. Where are the floods and traffic paralysis? I didn't see it 😉 I only saw people happily celebrating Christmas 😊

No one showed up at the hotel as promised. I tried calling the contact number, but no one answered, so I eventually gave up and went sightseeing on my own. The hotel staff later informed me that no one had arrived until the evening. This was the worst situation I've ever encountered.
