Before, I didn't know if I needed a reservation and just waited in line on-site. But this trip was short, so I made a reservation and used it. Soon after, I ordered and paid (when paying, you need to decide what you want to eat/buy!). Then, I was immediately guided to my seat and enjoyed ramen with the cute Chiikawa, Hachiware, and Usagi characters. It was so delightful. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves the Chiikawa characters! If you order a drink, you also get a random card, which is fun! I personally found the ramen delicious, and all the drinks were tasty too. It was so great that I want to visit again next time.
A great place for Chiikawa fans, and the ramen is delicious.
Online booking is convenient and fast. Upon arrival at the destination, the staff processed it quickly. Happy to be able to come and buy the products I wanted. A happy and pleasant journey.
The staff and atmosphere is great. Ramen itself is horrible, there was so much bean sprouts, only had one piece of pork and tasted bland. my daughter is a fan so we visited but won’t come back for seconds.
Very cute decor and food is rather decent for a novelty ramen shop. The design of the shop is a bit more simple compared to a couple others I've seen, but overall, it's a great experience. Staff is nice and although the ramen isn't as good as ramen from a specialty ramen shop, it's still better than expected for something that is themed. The soft drinks are delicious. Every drink comes with a random clear card. The location isn't difficult to find either. I recommend giving it a try!
The seating rate on Sunday night wasn't even half full, but making a reservation is just for peace of mind anyway, and at least the oolong tea can be taken to go. The ramen flavor was very ordinary, and a little too salty.
Basically, you buy the drinks yourself, and they deduct 1000 yen at checkout (which is like buying a ticket and still losing some money). If there's no one around, you can just enter without buying a ticket or buying oolong tea.
They even have Chiikawa ramen blind boxes for sale, as well as limited-time Master Tonkotsu ramen. Everything else is pretty much the same as in Hong Kong, even the environment gets hotter as you eat.
