I loved this class! Pancit Molo is one of my favorite dishes, and I'm glad that I got to learn how to make it. The owner was a great teacher and went into the history of the dish and also shared stories of the surrounding Molo area. She and the cook were extremely patient, while I struggled through wrapping the dumplings. The end result was delicious, and I'm proud of the pancit molo I made :). I look forward to recreating this at home. I highly recommend this class.
