• This tour is a Chinese-speaking guide service. If you do not speak Chinese, it is not recommended to book this tour.

• The staff will confirm your departure time with you one day in advance (approximately 18:00-21:00). Please gather at the designated location and time. As this is a shared transfer service, there may be some waiting time, so please understand! The meeting point may be adjusted, and during holidays, the pick-up time may be earlier to avoid congestion.
• Seniors aged 70 (inclusive) and above must be accompanied by at least one relative or friend aged 18-69 and sign a "Health Commitment Letter"; this product does not accept bookings from pregnant women, please understand.
• The Terracotta Warriors are explained by museum docents (not travel agency guides) through [group tours].
• All scenic spots require original ID cards, passports, or Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan travel permits for entry. Please be sure to bring the identification document you used when placing your order. If you are unable to enter the scenic spot due to forgetting to bring relevant documents or incorrect documents, please bear the additional costs incurred.
• This itinerary requires a lot of walking and climbing stairs. Please ensure your physical condition allows for it. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes, and please be mindful of safety during the trip.
• This is a group tour. There are no discounted or free tickets for group purchases, and no refunds will be issued if tourists withdraw from the tour midway or abandon sightseeing due to personal reasons, or if the scenic area cannot be visited due to irresistible factors (such as floods, road closures, etc.).
• If you encounter holidays or unexpected traffic jams, the end time of the itinerary may be delayed. As the itinerary ends late on the same day, it is recommended that you do not book trains or flights for the same day, so as not to delay your travel plans.
• The sightseeing times, as well as the meeting and dismissal times during the itinerary, are for reference only and may be adjusted based on the traffic/crowd conditions on the day. Please refer to the actual notification. Our agency reserves the right to adjust the sequence of the itinerary, but the content of the tour will not be reduced. If the itinerary is affected by irresistible factors, the travel agency will assist tourists in resolving the issue but will not bear the resulting losses. Any additional expenses incurred due to this will be borne by the tourists themselves.
• Cultural and creative stores, souvenir shops, and small convenience stores may be available within the scenic area, at the scenic area exit, and at rest stops and restaurants along the way. Please make your choices voluntarily and purchase with caution. When purchasing goods, you should request purchase invoices and relevant certificates, and keep them properly. If you shop in these places, it is entirely a personal act and has nothing to do with the travel agency.

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Due to varying standards at scenic spots/venues, children's prices only include a seat and guide service, but do not include admission fees; it is recommended to pay for admission fees according to the actual policies of the scenic spot.
• For safety reasons, minors under the age of 18 must participate in the tour accompanied by an adult, and the accompanying adult will be their guardian during the activity.
