• Heavy snow closes roads: If heavy snow causes highway closures, and you need to change to high-speed rail/train to reach the scenic spot, you will need to provide a screenshot of your passport's main page to purchase tickets. Your information will not be disclosed. Thank you for your understanding.
• Recommended activities: During the trip, the guide may recommend optional activities. Tourists can choose to participate voluntarily based on their personal needs and wishes; participation is not mandatory. If a tourist chooses to participate and completes the experience on-site, it is considered an acknowledgment of the content and price of that activity. After the trip, our company will not accept refund requests or negative reviews arising from such optional activities.
• Single room supplement (if a single room supplement is incurred, please pay it yourself): Single occupancy must pay a single room supplement. For triple occupancy, it is recommended to prepay the single room supplement. If there is no single room supplement, a triple room/extra bed will be arranged if possible, but the success rate is not 100%. If no triple room/extra bed is available, it will be a standard double room.

Cancellation policy

1. 100% refund is available if canceled 7 days before the start of the tour.
2. 80% refund for cancellations made 6 to 4 days prior to the start of the tour.
3. 60% refund available if cancelled 3 to 1 day(s) before the start of the tour.
4. No refunds will be issued on the day the tour begins.
