I loved it. They realised that I'm beginner and gave introduction to the sport, while more experienced people did their stuff. Staff was really helpful. - 2 hours in total - 15 min running & ropes - Warm up - Then beginners were taken to side - Introduction to Muay Thai, basic moves - Rinse and repeat - At end there were some additional trials with trainer - Some stretching - quite a cardio 10/10
