In that case, you will be notified by email 3 days before the date of use. ・Loading snowboards and skis into the bus or trunk is free of charge. ・Business hours may be shortened suddenly or some lifts may be suspended during the period due to snow or weather conditions, but there will be no refunds associated with this. ・There will be no refunds for unused lift tickets due to customer circumstances. ・During the period when day trips departing in the morning are set, arrival at the site may be delayed due to congestion at the meeting place, traffic jams or accidents on the way, or other unavoidable reasons.
