Luggage Information
- Passengers must check in their luggage at the ticket office at least 30 minutes before the departure time indicated on the cruise ticket.
- Each ticketed passenger may bring one piece of carry-on baggage free of charge, weighing no more than 4kg (volume not exceeding 0.028m³).
- Passengers traveling on high-speed ferries (high-powered support vessels) are entitled to one complimentary piece of luggage weighing up to 20kg (with a volume not exceeding 0.1m³) per ticket.
- For baggage exceeding the aforementioned regulations, it must be approved by the carrier and checked in. Excess baggage fees will be charged according to the regulations and standards as follows:
Large baggage: 50×100×30cm, CNY40/piece; Medium baggage: 40×80×20cm, CNY20/piece; Small baggage: 40×60×20cm, CNY10/piece
- The port offers baggage wrapping services to passengers, following the principles of "passenger convenience, voluntary participation, and reasonable charges." The baggage wrapping fee standards are as follows:
Shrink Wrap Packaging: Length + Width + Height (sum of three sides < 130cm), wrapped in 3 layers, charged at CNY 40/piece; Length + Width + Height (sum of three sides ≥ 130cm), charged at CNY 60/piece; Cardboard Box: 60×40×50cm, charged at CNY 40/piece; Luggage Strap: 400×5cm, charged at CNY 40/piece

- Children aged 5+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Children aged 1 (inclusive) to under 5 years old are eligible for child tickets.
- Infants with complimentary tickets will not be assigned individual seats.

Prohibited Items and Penalties for Violations:
- Flammable materials, explosives, radioactive materials, corrosive and poisonous substances
- Items likely to transmit contagious diseases or emit offensive odors
- Items that may damage the vessel or endanger the safety of persons or property
- Offensive weapons, ammunition
- Livestock Affecting Passenger Ship Cleanliness
- Individuals or responsible parties shall bear full responsibility for accidents or losses caused by passengers deliberately disguising or concealing the aforementioned items.
- To prevent the aforementioned prohibited items from being brought on board and to ensure the safety of passengers and the vessel, the carrier or its agent's personnel on duty have the right to request passengers to open their luggage for inspection. Passengers shall cooperate with such requests, and the carrier has the right to refuse passage to those who do not cooperate.
- Passengers are liable for any damages to the vessel or other passengers caused by bringing prohibited items onboard. For the safety of passengers and the vessel, the Carrier may, at any time and place, unload, destroy, or render harmless any such prohibited items without incurring any liability.
