Buffet highlights include: Seafood on ice, house cured salmon with pickled salmon roe and split herb-buttermilk vinaigrette, deviled cage-free eggs with caviar, wagyu beef carpaccio with tuna mayo and caperberries, Sichuan spiced wagyu beef with crispy lotus root, braised “mala” wagyu beef tri-tip, grilled wagyu oyster blade, whole roasted Australian lamb leg, roasted whole salmon, lobster yee mein, Japanese garlic and lobster fried rice, and enticing desserts *All delicacies will be served on cycle.
