Participant Activity Statement Please read the itinerary and regulations of the activity you are participating in. Please decide whether to register only after fully understanding and agreeing (for group registrations, please ensure all accompanying partners have read the registration precautions and agree before registering); those who confirm registration online or by phone indicate their full agreement to this document and the detailed itinerary of the activity they are participating in.

1. I hereby declare that I am in good health. I confirm that I do not have heart disease, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, severe asthma, acrophobia, statutory infectious diseases, or other major illnesses; I am not currently pregnant, have not undergone surgery within the past six months, and have not consumed alcoholic beverages before the activity. There are no physical or mental disabilities or mobility issues that would affect the safety of the activity.
2. To protect your property, please do not bring valuables (such as cash, gold jewelry, mobile phones, watches, glasses, and various electronic products) into the water. If any items are accidentally lost or damaged during the activity, the organizer will not be responsible for their safekeeping or compensation. We appreciate your understanding.
3. Please ensure that the equipment is in good condition when you receive it. If any equipment is lost or artificially damaged during the activity, compensation will be required at the original price (paddle $500 / fin $300 / snorkeling shoes $300 / life jacket $1000). Please cherish public property.
4. For your safety, you must wear a life jacket throughout the activity and must not remove it privately. Please cooperate with the coach's guidance, abide by all safety rules and activity regulations, jointly protect the marine ecosystem, and do not touch marine life. If personal improper behavior or negligence leads to injury, property damage, or life-threatening situations, the individual concerned must bear the consequences and may not claim any legal compensation or criminal liability from the company, on-site coaches, or staff.
5. The wonderful moments recorded during the activity (such as photos and videos) will be authorized for use by this activity unit and cooperative suppliers in online promotions, advertisements, and marketing materials, allowing more people to see the beauty of the activity.
6. Please [bring your own towel and change of clothes]. Those prone to seasickness should bring [seasickness medication] to the base and take it half an hour before assembly (our team does not provide any medication on site).
7. Jellyfish may appear in marine activities, so please pay extra attention before entering the water. It is recommended to wear a jellyfish suit (stinger suit) or long-sleeved swimwear for safety.
8. Group photos will be uploaded to the cloud for download, and photos will only be saved for three months! Please pay close attention.
9. Please be reminded that sunrise is a natural landscape, and the actual itinerary will depend on the weather conditions on the day. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to enjoy the beautiful sunrise. Thank you for your understanding.
10. Activity arrangements will be adjusted based on the participants' conditions, facility conditions, and weather factors, with safety and overall quality being the highest considerations.
11. Due to insufficient staff, this activity's base cannot provide pet care services.
12. "I have clearly understood that: this activity has limited spots, and upon registration, pre-operational costs such as insurance, equipment, and exclusive coach scheduling are incurred. Once registration is completed and payment is made, regardless of any personal reasons (including menstruation, temporary overtime, traffic delays, etc.), rescheduling, refunds, or cancellations cannot be processed on the day of the activity. Female participants are advised to pay close attention to their menstrual cycle. If menstruation occurs on the day, you can bring your own tampons to enter the water, or a friend or family member can take your place (insurance information must be provided 24 hours before departure). Please make sure you can comply before registering."
13. In case of irresistible factors (such as a typhoon, heavy rain, road collapse announced by the news) leading to the cancellation of the activity, a full refund will be processed. The organizer will announce whether the group will proceed no later than 6:00 PM (local time) one day before departure and will notify participants promptly by phone or text message; if you do not receive any cancellation notice, it means the activity will proceed as scheduled!
