[Priority Pass Application Process]

• Provide the following when placing your order: flight number, departure date, arrival time, passport name in English
• After the order is placed, please add WhatsApp (+886 916351972) or iTour Leqing Official LINE (@itourtw) | Join link http://page.line.me/@itourtw, and actively provide the order number
• After the order number is confirmed, a "reservation completed message" will be sent upon completion of the reservation.
• The application is complete upon receiving the reservation completion message notification.
• Use the service according to the entry/exit process.
• 1 business day, the latest booking can be made 3 calendar days before departure

[Booking and Usage]

• Booking time: Please place your order 3 days before the flight departure and provide all the required information.
• Supplier service hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-13:00, 14:00-18:00 (Taiwan time: GMT+8)
• Lunch break: 13:00-14:00; no service on weekends and national holidays
• During service hours: Confirmation of arrangements will be replied within 1 business day (excluding holidays).
• Outside service hours: Confirmation of arrangements will be replied before 13:00 on the next business day (excluding holidays).
• The booking deadline is 17:00 on the night before the trip (no booking service is available on Saturdays and Sundays, and those who have completed the booking will not be affected)
• If you are traveling with children or infants, please provide the "Passport English Name" and "Year/Month/Day of Birth" in the remarks column to facilitate service arrangements.

[Entry Process]

• After the plane lands, go to the international airport terminal immigration gate.
• Meet the iTour staff holding a sign in the arrival hall (in front of the immigration gate).
• Follow the instructions of the staff and sort the priority pass route to complete immigration procedures.
• Once a customer is handed over to immigration officials upon arrival, our staff will not be able to enter the queue.
• Please stay within the designated line, service may be interrupted if you go beyond the designated line

[Departure Process]

• Please gather at the designated meeting point at least 2 hours before departure.
• Passengers should go to the airline to check in first, and send a message on the way to the location on the picture. Our staff will arrive there soon to greet you (will arrive in about 5-10 minutes)
• At the designated meeting point, our service will wait for customers for up to 10-15 minutes.
• If you are late, you must notify us before going to the airport.
• Once a passenger is handed over to immigration officials upon departure, our staff will not be able to enter the queue.

[Hanoi Airport Special Instructions]

• Hanoi Airport departure service already includes express security check service, no need to purchase additional departure express security check channel. Please select "None" to create the order
• Since the security unit of Hanoi Airport itself will provide the airport transfer service, the on-site staff must directly respond to passengers according to the regulations, so they cannot hold signs and wait like the airport pick-up service. We will contact you the day before via the communication software you provided. Please pay attention to the message notification, and after arriving at the airport and completing the check-in, please go to the designated location, and a special person will come to confirm and assist in handling the airport transfer process.

[Priority Pass Notice]

[Purchase Instructions]

• For departing passengers, if you use other messaging applications, please provide your Whatsapp number, Line QR code, etc. Our operators will contact you at least 2 hours before departure. If you do not contact us for assistance, we may not be able to provide the corresponding service.
