The coffee workshop with Ece was a cool experience. Got to learn more about the history of Turkish coffee, and the coffee we tasted was great. Fortune-telling was also great, quite specific and some accurate!
We spent a good 2 hours at the workshop with Eren who was fantastic. He was super friendly and engaging! It’s one of our unexpected highlights from our trip in Cappadocia. It was much more than a regular coffee workshop - it felt like a nice coffee meet up with a local where you get to learn more about the history of turkey, the culture and the people. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for an evening activity in Cappadocia

We had a fantastic experience today! Ms. Ece was a wonderful instructor—so welcoming and knowledgeable about the history of Turkish coffee. The fortune-telling session was a unique and mind-blowing experience. This workshop is a must-do in Cappadocia, especially if you're looking for the perfect indoor activity when it's raining!
I had this experience with instructor Yagmur. I really enjoyed learning about the history of Turkish coffee and Turkish culture. The story about the couple was particularly surprising! The souvenir is also wonderful, and I'm looking forward to making it at home. Thank you!
I also left a review on Google, but Zehea is very kind. Since I'm not a native English speaker, they could have easily been dismissive towards an Asian person like me. However, during the fortune-telling session, they immediately used a translator whenever I seemed to have difficulty understanding, which was very helpful. I wish I had stayed in Göreme for another day so I could have taken another workshop, but I didn't have enough time 🥹
Teacher Eren patiently explained the traditional culture, history, and brewing process of Turkish coffee in detail, which was a very interesting experience! The fortune telling session also felt quite accurate, there's something to it!! Highly recommend!!
