Inside the venue, five vibrant children's zones offer a variety of refreshing activities to satisfy every young adventurer’s preferences. The event space includes both indoor and outdoor areas, allowing families to enjoy the sunshine while also relaxing and playing comfortably indoors.
Highlights include enjoy a fun-filled day at the Kids' Fun Lake by riding a pedal boat and capturing memorable moments, interactive water and land thrill rides, exciting water wars and war games, challenging and entertaining interactive motion games, and an AI photo studio. There are also themed parent-child workshops combining education and fun, as well as a free summer market for all to enjoy.

Location: Lake House, 2 Hung Lam Drive , Tai Po Kau, Hong Kong (Free Shuttle Bus Services)
Remarks: All workshops are only held on Saturdays and Sundays.
There are two time slots available, with tickets sold separately for the morning and afternoon sessions. Prices are the same for both adults and children.*

- Upon entry, ticket validation (booking record) must be presented. Each ticket (booking record) allows for a single entry only.
- Each ticket (booking record) can be exchanged for one entry wristband (including tokens and vouchers included with the ticket). Lost or damaged wristbands, tokens, or vouchers will not be reissued.
- Daily event tickets are divided into morning and afternoon sessions. Both the ticket (booking record) and the exchanged wristband must be used to enter and exit during the designated session. On-site staff may request ticket verification as needed.
- Each ticket (booking record) can be exchanged for one entry wristband (including tokens). Lost or damaged wristbands, tokens, or vouchers will not be reissued.

- Purchased tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Reselling or copying tickets is prohibited and may violate Hong Kong law.
- On-site staff will monitor crowd flow; participants may need to wait briefly before entering (including different zones, game devices, or workshops).
- Ticket sales and entry will cease approximately 1 hour before the event closes each day. In case of severe weather, please refer to the organizer’s <Severe Weather Policy> and official social media announcements.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising elderly family members and young children, and must keep their personal belongings safe. No storage services are available on-site.
- Participants engaging in water activities (e.g., Paddle Boat) or other on-site games must bring suitable clothing and equipment (swimsuits, change of clothes, non-slip footwear, etc.) and participate based on their own ability and health condition.
- All equipment and installations must be operated or supervised by designated staff. Participants must follow staff instructions during activities.
- This event is exclusive to HoldCover members; at least one accompanying person must be a member. Non-members can register quickly at the entrance on the event day after online ticket purchase. Children aged 3-17 can enter with an adult member without additional registration.
- The organizer and venue reserve the right to charge cleaning and disinfection fees for incidents involving vomiting, liquid spillage, or waste.
- All participants must comply with the rules set by the organizer and venue. Violators may be refused entry and asked to leave immediately.
- The organizer reserves the final right to modify, cancel, or suspend activities without prior notice.
- Purchasing tickets constitutes acknowledgment and agreement to these Terms of Use and venue rules. The organizer reserves all final decision rights in case of disputes.

Amber / Red / Black Rainstorm Warning / Signal No. 8 or above:

It's so hot, but the kids are having a blast!🥳
It was our first day and an early morning visit. Unfortunately, it was raining, so we couldn't enjoy the outdoor activities. Thankfully, there were indoor options available. After waiting for an hour and a half for the rain to stop, we finally went outside to play. Both kids had a great time. Perhaps because it had just rained heavily and it was the first day, we practically had the whole place to ourselves.

The water play facilities and carnival games are fun, but the pool water is a bit dirty.
Extremely poor organization. The venue wasn't even that crowded, but there was only one person scanning codes for entry, and even with only a dozen people ahead, it took 25 minutes to get in. Once inside, we discovered that everything required tokens. There were no schedules for the activities. For example, the unicorn model activity started at 5:00 PM, and they had you sit there for half an hour without knowing what you were waiting for. In the end, everyone just crowded around to stick some things together. The line for the water bikes was incredibly long; there were only two bikes to begin with, and then one broke down. We waited for it to be repaired, but when we finally got to the water bikes, they were already closed before 6:00 PM, which was very disappointing. The package was supposed to be valid from 3:00-6:30 PM, but at 6:00 PM, everyone was rushing to pack up and stop the activities. It was a truly terrible experience. The water park is extremely small and crowded. There's not even one staff member supervising the facilities. Many children were constantly bumping into each other, and some of the facilities have large, protruding pieces of iron, which is very dangerous. I will never go again!
It's fun, but since it's in a rural area, there are quite a few insects near the ponds.
Absolutely not recommended! The venue doesn't match the pictures, and the carnival games are extremely lackluster. Although it's easy to win prizes, the process is baffling 😂. The VR games are actually more fun. The water park looks extensive in the pictures, but the reality is far from it. The kids got bored after playing for a short while. There's a severe shortage of staff. The ticket supposedly includes cotton candy, popcorn, or a drink, but when we arrived, in the scorching 90+ degree heat, the staff said there was no water available anywhere. There wasn't even a soda machine nearby, and they told us to buy drinks at the neighboring restaurant, which isn't even affiliated with them. Plus, they said they were out of popcorn and only had cotton candy left 😅. There isn't a single bench in the entire place. Definitely don't bring elderly people, or they'll be standing in the blazing sun with nothing to drink! Felt completely ripped off after entering. If you're going to do something, do it right!
There are water activities available, but it tends to be crowded, and the water play area isn't very big. There are a few indoor games, but you'll get through them quickly. The venue has an outdoor area, so it gets very hot in the afternoon. However, there aren't enough places to eat. The free shuttle bus is definitely convenient.
The place is quite small, and there's only one water play facility. The staff said it had to close even when it wasn't raining that hard, which was disappointing! Won't come again!
