We had to wait for nearly 45 mins for them to sort out and give us a SIM card to use. We then realised that the wrong SIM card , which has been given to us. We contacted them to find out the answer for this , we have been ignored the second half of the conversation since and there was no resolution.

I ordered 3 SIMs and received them at the airport but no SIM cards could be used I booked 3 SIM cards and received at the airport but we could not use them. I had to buy another ones at the mall near the hotel

Took time to walk around to find the pick-up point but overall, the connection was good. Was able to book grab car right away and really enjoyed the ride back to my hostel. Stayed connected and shared many pictures with my family and friends :) Will buy it again for my next trip to the Philippines.

Great service! I get to know that I am landing in terminal 1 but pick up was in terminal 2 and the distance is by taxi. So I inform the person that contacted me and request the sim card to be send to the hotel on a day before I arrived. When I arrived to the hotel, I was informed that the sim card is already in the hotel. Thanks Klook!
