we have 5 person but very difficult to connect to the wifi. so 3 to 4 of us have to disconnect from the wifi in order for the other to continue using the wifi. do not know whether is because the mobile network coverage is bad at bintan or the wifi device is not performing. but the hotel wifi seems to be good at the main lobby.

500mb for fast speed is not enough. At least 1gb is sufficient
Signal is good. Is recommended to use it and it is very cheap to have it too when you are traveling to Indonesia.
