- Once this card is successfully reserved, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Each traveler's identification can only be used to redeem one SIM card, and the applicant must be at least 18 years old.
- The same telecom operator is limited to one number. If more than one number is used, the redemption will not be successful.

Activation procedure
- The validity period begins from the date the card is activated.
- When collecting the SIM card at the airport, the staff will assist in activating the card on the spot.
- Your phone must support SIM card insertion and replacement and should not be a carrier-customized or locked device.
- If you are unable to access the internet after card activation, please set the APN to "Internet."

The signal is good and i was able to use it everywhere i go. Its very easy to use and since its a sim card no need to return it back. Afterarriving at the airport and getting out from the arrival area just turn right and at the end of it you can find the Klook shop where you can get your sim. Highly reccommended!

Unlimited Data sim all over Taiwan. I've been using the sim card throughout my stay. We are staying for 9days and we've been to Kaohsiung, Taichung and Taipei respectively. It has fast unlimited data on all places we've been. I've been using it to connect my phone via hotspot. Will definitely buy again.

We bought 3 sim cards and the connection is seamless. We have used it throughout our 6D5N trip in Taiwan. I used a mobile wifi since I have 2 phones and this sim works perfectly fine. Highly recommended!

One of a good sim card that I’ve used internationally. We roamed around various parts of Taipei City and there was no single moment that we’ve lost a signal while traveling. During the rainy moments, we’ve travel the Northern Parts of the region and we still have internet connection!

easy to redeem at kiosk counter, you'll see it at the exit. i was able to use it with no loading or problems. i got the 100 calls previlegde and was able to use it to call another hotel to help someone in need as they were only using pocket wifi that only activates by midnight
