- For same-day booking, please book at least 2 hour(s) before your selected pick up time to ensure your booking is confirmed
- Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return

Activation procedure
- Step 1: Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn on the device. It may take up to 3 seconds to search for a network
- Step 2: The flashing green light indicates that the device is ready for use
- Step 3: When not in use, the device should be switched off
- Step 4: Press and hold the 'Power' button for 2-3 seconds until the light goes off

Can easily spot the kiosk near the Airport Link. You have yo deposit THB1000 before they release it.

Very disappointed. Wifi signal is not good at all. Rented to use in Yangon. Slowly, repeatedly. Must switch off the machine all the time. Fortunately, only renting for 3 days or else would be frustrated for longer. Use by sharing 3 devices. Normally, other camps will have no problems. Probably won't use the service anymore with Smile :(
Sucks, can say that 10 devices can be shared But actually can use 5 devices Knowing like this is better than buying a SIM The signal keeps getting stuck and goes off all the time. Once the device is turned off and then on again, there will be a signal. Descent is not worth it at all. Ask to the service center, just answer that will check for it and then let pass.
+ staff was very, very kind and accommodating + booth was easy to spot, location was an easy walk from the arrivals area - it didn't work properly. it takes a long time to start. it would work well for a few minutes then it would restart on its own again and again. so i had to turn it off. after letting it "rest", it would work properly and then restart by itself again and again. i contacted the support team via email but i did not get any reply. -the cable for the charger also malfunctioned. based on my experience, i wouldn't recommend this. i had a hard time, to say the least, connecting to the internet during my stay in myanmar.
