- Fireworks Cancellations: Full refund if canceled by the day before. Decisions made on departure morning; no transportation cost coverage if you’re already en route.
- Meals: Not included. Bring your own or buy on the way/at the event.

- Weather: Fireworks proceed in light rain. May be postponed/canceled in severe weather. - Other Key Notes: No return location changes post-tour. Notify guide immediately for health issues; no refunds. Adhere to meeting times. Lost items kept for two weeks. No pets allowed.
