• If you want to change your schedule even on the tour day, your guide is always happy to help you.
• You can skip the spot where you don't go (※in this case we do not refund any fees) or change it with another place.
• If you add some new spots by your request, please pay the ticket fee on the spot. (Note that you may need to pay extra transportation fee)
• Please understand that while sake brewery tour is usually exclusive to your group, there may be instances where other guests join.
• Please refrain from eating natto on the day of the tour.
• Please refrain from using strong perfumes on the day of the tour.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Eligibility

• Children under 20 years old are not allowed to sample alcoholic beverages according to Japanese law.
