NO TAGINE, NO COUSCOUS –JUST 8 TO 9 AUTHENTIC LOCAL DISHES Meet your guide at Café de France in the main square. All food and drinks are included in the price. 1-Msemen Amer: A traditional Moroccan pancake, often stuffed with delicious fillings. 2-Harira & Chebakia: A perfect pairing of Moroccan soup and sweets.

Let your guide know in advance some stops can be adapted, but not all. Come hungry! You’ll be tasting a full Moroccan meal spread across several stops skipping lunch is a good idea.
