Luggage Information

• The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Eligibility

• Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children aged 0-2 can travel free of charge provided they will not occupy separate seats

Additional information

• As this is a public transportation service, seating is on a first come first serve basis
• This vehicle is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible

• Each traveler may bring one suitcase-sized piece of luggage, which can be checked into the bus's cargo hold or carried on board.
• Please take necessary precautions against the cold or heat, depending on the season and weather conditions.
• There are no restrooms on the bus.
• This tour only accepts online registration. All notifications will be sent via email. Under normal circumstances, operator staff will not proactively notify guests.
• Failure to arrive by the meeting time will be considered a cancellation, and the bus will depart as scheduled. Please be sure to confirm the meeting location and arrive on time.
• This tour includes a tour leader to assist. Explanations will be brief introductions and are not professional tour guide services.
• Each adult can bring one child aged 0-2 years old free of charge. If a seat is required, please register at the adult fee.
• If the day's activity is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, operator staff will notify relevant personnel of the booking platform via email. If you do not receive a notification, the activity will proceed as scheduled.
• No refunds will be given for lateness or non-participation due to traffic delays or other reasons. Any resulting transportation costs, such as taxi fares, will be borne by the tourist.
• We do not offer refunds or rescheduling for failure to find the bus or tour guide due to personal reasons.
