- Spectator seats for the fireworks display are pre-assigned and cannot be selected by participants. Seat information will be provided on-site on the day of the event.
- Depending on your seat location, visibility of some low-altitude fireworks may be limited.
- Taxi arrangements are not available. Please note that there may be a considerable walking distance between the parking area and the seating area.
- The fireworks display will proceed in light rain. However, in cases of severe weather, it may be postponed or canceled. If this decision is made before the tour departs, the tour will be canceled and fully refunded.
- If the fireworks display is canceled or postponed after departure, you will either visit an alternative sightseeing spot or return directly to Shinjuku.
- In such cases, only the fireworks seat fee will be refunded. No refund will be provided if the cost is used for an alternate activity.
- If the fireworks are canceled after the event begins, no refund will be issued.
- The event may be canceled or altered due to instructions from national or local authorities. Please understand this in advance.
- After the fireworks, heavy traffic and crowd control may require you to remain on the bus for an extended time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
