Minimum Group Size Requirements

• This activity requires a minimum of 10 people to form a group. If the minimum group size is not met, we will arrange for you to reschedule or receive a full refund.
• If the number of participants suddenly decreases to below the minimum group size standard within 3 days prior to departure, the organizer may still contact you to process a full refund and cancel the activity, or negotiate a reschedule.

Clothing and Belongings Each person may bring 1 piece of luggage. Depending on the situation, it may need to be placed in the luggage compartment or next to the seat. Please prepare for personal protection against the cold or heat according to the season and weather changes.

Important Notes

• Infants and young children who do not occupy a seat may need to purchase tickets for some attractions at their own expense. If a seat and meals are required (limited to itineraries that provide meals), please register at the adult ticket price.
• This itinerary primarily provides commentary in Chinese and Japanese. There are English and Korean-speaking staff (please note that it is not always possible to provide services in the specified language, and the final decision will be made by our company depending on the arrangements for the day).
• There is an attendant on the tour, but professional guided tours of the attractions are not provided.
• This itinerary may share a vehicle with other foreign visitors to Japan.
• Depending on the number of people, a medium or small-sized bus may be used. Sometimes the driver also serves as the attendant. Thank you for your understanding.
• It is not possible to reserve seats in advance. If you have special needs, you can inform the attendant on the day of the tour.
• There are no restrooms on the bus. Please make relevant preparations in advance before departure.
• This itinerary is for online reservations. Please report on time according to the contents of the voucher received in the order.
• Those who do not appear at the meeting time will be deemed as cancellations, without further notice or refund.
• Unless there are special circumstances, our staff will not actively contact or notify passengers.
• Unless there is extreme weather, the activity will proceed as scheduled even if it rains, and the itinerary will not be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
• Please be on time for the meeting. Those who do not appear at the meeting time will be deemed as cancellations, without further notice or refund.

Other Instructions

• The order of the itinerary, length of stay, departure and arrival times may vary depending on traffic or weather conditions.
• If delays cause you to miss connecting transportation, any additional transportation or accommodation costs incurred must be borne by the traveler.
• If the activity is canceled due to weather or other reasons on the day, you will be notified by phone or email. If you do not receive a notification, it will be considered a normal departure.
• If you are late or unable to participate due to delays in your own transportation, you will be deemed absent and must pay the cancellation fee.
