To Ichinomiya, where you can experience the history of Harima Province We will visit the “Ichinomiya” area, which played an important role in the development of Harima Province. The “Harima Kokufudoki” contains descriptions of Japan’s oldest sake brewing, and we will visit such historical spots.

• Enjoy a fast ride on the back road of the Satoyama, where you can see hand-dug tunnels, etc. A cycling route through idyllic rural areas and quaint hand-dug tunnels. As you ride along the quiet back road, you can trace the roots of fermentation culture.
• To “Yamasaki no Sakagura-dori,” where sake brewing continues to this day. The goal is “Yamasaki no Sakagura-dori,” where several sake breweries still line the streets. You can feel the historical warehouse townscape and the atmosphere where tradition lives on.
