Please inform those concerned. If we are unable to reach Mt. Fuji 5th Station due to bad weather or traffic conditions, the itinerary will be changed to Arakura Sengen Park. Thank you for your understanding. The company will not provide any refunds to customers who abandon the tour mid-way due to personal reasons. Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time and do not be late. As this tour cannot accommodate transfers to other services or mid-tour joining, if you are unable to participate in the day tour due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses. Thank you for your understanding. Children aged 3 and under will be charged the same price as adults if they require a seat, and this must be noted in the remarks. Children aged 2 and under can participate free of charge without occupying a seat, but this must be noted in the remarks. If it is not noted, arrangements cannot be made. Vehicle type: Vehicles will be assigned based on the number of people. When a small number of people are on the tour, a driver who also serves as an attendant will provide full tour services. The tour will not be canceled or refunded for this reason. Thank you for your understanding. During the flower/autumn foliage season, there will be large crowds, so there is a high possibility of severe traffic jams. We recommend bringing your own light snacks. The flower viewing or autumn foliage viewing period may vary slightly depending on weather conditions.
