  • 【Driver Notice】The driver will contact you before 21:00 (9:00 PM) the day before the gathering date to confirm the specific departure time. On the morning of the trip, around 6:00 AM, the driver will pick you up to start our journey.
  • 【Driver-Guide Service】The driver serves as a part-time guide. They will not enter scenic areas and do not have the qualities of a professional tour guide. Your understanding is appreciated.
  • 【Luggage】Each person is allowed a maximum of one 22-inch suitcase. Two people can share a 24-inch suitcase. We recommend traveling light. If you must bring large luggage, please contact customer service.
  • 【Single Room Supplement】The hotel service included in this product is priced for two people sharing a room. A single room supplement is required for single occupancy.
  • 【Special Note】Due to severe traffic congestion at the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area and frequent round-trip transfers, the driver-guide who picks you up on the first day may not be the same driver-guide who provides transportation to and from Jiuzhaigou. This is our standard arrangement, and your understanding is required to avoid misunderstandings.
