Kyoto Arashiyama Scenic Train & Hozugawa River Boat Ride Day Trip (From Osaka / Kyoto)

Please arrive at the designated meeting location on time, as listed on your itinerary, to meet and check in with your Easy Go tour guide. The operator's staff will not proactively contact you in advance, so please be aware.

Small Train/Boat Precautions

• If small train tickets cannot be provided, a refund of JPY 880 per person will be issued through the platform.
• Guests who choose a plan that does not include the Hozugawa River boat ride experience can also purchase tickets on-site on the day of the tour, but please note that boarding may not be possible due to weather or other factors (e.g., the number of people has reached the upper limit).
• The Hozugawa River boat ride experience may be suspended due to weather or other factors. The rest of the itinerary will proceed as usual on the day of the tour. In the event of suspension, the boat ticket fee will be partially refunded by the platform after the tour ends (not the facility's official price), so please understand.
• If you choose not to participate in the Hozugawa River boat ride experience, you will need to wait until the passengers participating in the boat ride have finished boarding before the bus will head to Arashiyama together.
• Seats on the Sagano Scenic Railway cannot be reserved.

Clothing and Belongings

• Each guest can bring one suitcase (maximum size). Luggage may need to be checked into the luggage compartment, or it can be brought into the seat. Please keep valuables with you, as the operator will not be responsible for any loss.
• Temperatures may vary due to seasonal and weather changes, so please prepare for cold or hot weather yourself.

Important Notes

• For travelers who complete their reservation after 18:00, we will not be able to send “Tour Guide Information” and “Departure Notice” on the same day due to operational process limitations. Thank you for your understanding.
• The tour is mainly provided in Chinese, and we will try our best to arrange corresponding staff according to your selected language preference on the bus.
• Depending on the number of people, a small bus may be used, and the driver may also serve as a tour guide.
• Seats are not assigned. If you have any requests, please ask the tour guide on the day of the tour.
• There are no restrooms on the bus, so please prepare in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
• Meals are not included, so please prepare them yourself before departure.

Participation Restrictions

• If you do not arrive at the meeting time, you will be deemed absent and no refund will be given. Please be sure to confirm the meeting location in advance and arrive on time.
• A tour guide will accompany the tour, but professional explanations will not be provided.
• According to facility regulations, all preschool children (including infants) will be charged a fee from now on. If there are children aged 0-2 in previously booked orders, but it is not noted that they need to take the boat, an additional Hozugawa children’s ticket fee will need to be paid on site. Please note.
• Children must be taller than 80 cm to experience the Hozugawa River rafting boat ride. Please be sure to note this in the order.

Other Notes

• Due to traffic/weather conditions, the time spent at attractions may be shortened, and the order of some itineraries may be adjusted. Please understand.
• If you are unable to connect with public transportation due to a delayed arrival time, you will be responsible for taxi fares and accommodation costs.
• If the tour is canceled due to special circumstances on the day of the tour, the operator will contact you by phone or email. If you do not receive a call or email, it means that the tour will proceed as planned.
• If you are late or unable to participate in the tour due to delays in your own transportation, you will be charged 100% of the fee.
