- [Regarding Vehicle and Guide Information] The supplier will inform you of the meeting time, tour guide, and vehicle information for the next day's trip via email between 16:00 and 22:00 Japan time the day before departure. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one.
- [Regarding Luggage Privileges] Each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. For extra luggage, you can pay 2000 yen/piece to the driver/guide on the spot. Please be sure to note this when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the driver/guide has the right to refuse you to board the vehicle and the tour fee will not be refunded.
- [Regarding Driver/Guide Service] Driver-cum-guide service: exquisite small groups of 4-13 people; Driver + guide service: 14-45 people bus tour, the actual number will be adjusted according to the number of people in the group on the day. The driver-cum-guide mainly focuses on driving, supplemented by explanation.
- [Regarding Force Majeure] According to the traffic conditions, weather, festivals, and crowd influence on the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may change. In the event of the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, the tour guide has the right to adjust and reduce the itinerary on the spot, please forgive me, and no refunds can be requested for this reason.
- [Regarding Late Fees] As day trips are carpooling services, if you are late at the meeting place or scenic spot, you will not be waited for after the time limit, and no refunds will be given, please be aware.
- [Regarding Language Services] Depending on the situation on the day, travelers who choose different guiding languages will be arranged in the same car, please be aware.
- [Regarding Attractions] If some attractions are closed on the day, our driver and guide will adjust the attractions according to the situation on the day.
- [Regarding the Ropeway] The Rokko Mountain Ropeway will be closed from January 5 to April 10, 2026, for vehicle renewal and facility renovation to improve safety and service. During this period, bus or taxi transportation will be provided (at your own expense). Please note: Bus and taxi services are limited, and waiting times may occur when crowded. In addition, it may take a long time due to road conditions and weather.
