【Things to Know Before Departure】

• We will send you a pre-departure notice between 18:00 and 20:00 the day before departure, informing you of the tour guide's information. You can proactively add the tour guide's SNS account according to the email. The email may be mistakenly placed in the spam box, please pay attention to each inbox. If it is peak season, the email sending time may be delayed, please understand. In special circumstances, if you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest email.
• If there are typhoons, blizzards and other bad weather conditions, we will decide whether to cancel the trip the day before departure (local time 12:00) and notify you by email.
• Each passenger can carry one 29-inch luggage.

【Meeting and Departure】

• It is recommended that you arrive at the meeting point in advance to avoid missing the departure time.
• This trip is a shared trip. In order to protect the rights and interests of all passengers and the smooth progress of the trip, we will depart on time. Please understand that we will not wait for those who are late.
• If you are late due to personal reasons, you will not be refunded. Please be sure to observe the meeting time.
• There are many exits and complex traffic flow at the Kyoto meeting point. Please arrive in advance and wait patiently for the vehicle or tour leader.

【Contact Matters】

• Unless there are special circumstances, the driver/tour guide will not proactively contact you in advance.
• If you do not return to the departure point with the car after the trip, please indicate it in the remarks column when booking; if you decide temporarily on the spot, you must sign a Chinese/English waiver before you can leave the group on your own.

【Weather and Temporary Changes】

• The itinerary will be flexibly adjusted for scenic spot stay time and order depending on the weather and road conditions of the day.
• If some facilities cannot operate due to force majeure during the trip, a partial refund will be provided. However, because the facility fee included in the itinerary fee is different from the facility public price, refunds cannot be based on the facility public price, please understand.

【Notes for Children and the Elderly】

• If children under the age of 7 want to experience the chairlift, please have an adult hold them on their lap from the front.
• If children or the elderly are inconvenient to take the chairlift, please ask the tour guide to help arrange to take the monorail (no additional fee is required). However, the monorail runs every 20 minutes, which may affect the overall trip time, please understand.

【Guided Tour Service】

• This trip mainly provides Chinese explanations. On the day, there is no guarantee that there will be staff who can correspond to English, Japanese or Korean.
• The tour leader is not a professional tour guide, and only provides a brief itinerary description and attraction introduction, and does not conduct in-depth tours, please understand.
