• Pick-up Service Area: We offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off service for customers in the Tianhe, Yuexiu, Haizhu, and Liwan districts of Guangzhou. For locations outside these areas, additional fees will apply. The exact amount will be communicated and confirmed with you by our customer service team after your order is confirmed.

Schedule: Standard departure time is around 9:00 AM. The tour typically concludes around 5:00 PM, after which you will be returned to your hotel. However, your needs are our priority, and the schedule is flexible. You can discuss the optimal departure time with our customer service team after booking. During peak holiday periods, we recommend departing early to avoid crowds and enjoy a more relaxed experience.

Service Duration Reminder: Please note that our total service duration is limited to approximately 8 hours. Overtime fees will apply if this time is exceeded. We will communicate and confirm specific details with you in advance.

If you choose a Japanese or Korean-speaking guide, we will refund you CNY 400 (not per person, but per order). If the attractions you choose to visit require admission tickets, you will need to purchase the tickets for the guide to enter the scenic area with you on-site.
