- Due to the high temperatures in summer, giant pandas prefer cold environments and are sensitive to heat. Therefore, all giant pandas are exhibited indoors. Visitors may purchase tickets to view them at their own discretion. Once tickets have been validated, refunds will not be issued due to the aforementioned reason. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
- The park implements a real-name registration system (one person, one ID, one ticket). Each ID number is limited to one e-ticket purchase. Please be sure to bring the ID you used when placing your order on the day of your visit.
- Online ticket purchasers: Please present your valid ID.
- Luggage storage: Free luggage storage service is available at the visitor center during operating hours: 09:00-17:00.
- The Giant Panda Base covers a large area. You may choose to use the sightseeing vehicles available within the park (Cost: CNY30 / person).
