What to expect

Your three day touring of three amazing Indian cities begins right in Delhi. In an air-conditioned wagon, with the company of a friendly guide, you'll first visit Qutub Minar, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This is followed by a visit to India Gate and Lotus Temple, two historic locations within the city. Pass by Parliament House, the metropolis' seat of government, along with the President's Palace and the Secretariat buildings. After a look at the political side of things, it's off to the Pink City of Jaipur, so named for the unique color of its buildings in a famous district within the area. Once you arrive at Jaipur, you can choose to rest or keep going, visiting the City Palace, Jantar Mantar, and the ornate Hawa Mahal or Palace of the Winds. Later in the afternoon, you can visit Bapu Market to shop for treats, sweets, and souvenirs. Your next day picks up with a visit to the iconic structures of Jaipur: Amber Fort and the Amber Palace, so you can have a look at Hindu and Muslim architecture. At Jal Mahal, you can explore the architectural styles of the Mughal era, before proceeding to Mandawa. The city is one of the best places to go to experience local color, as it's full of famous historical forts, charming havelis (old residences), cultural paintings, and wall hangings and décor that give you a true glimpse of local craft. You can rest upon arriving at your hotel, as the next day takes you to more adventures around Mandawa. Frescoes and antiques are found everywhere here, along with exquisite wagonvings and paintings of local religious significance. After some lunch, you'll head safely back to Delhi where your trip began.
